Information shared in the project form.
Project Builder collects your name, email, optional phone number, company, industry, issue, goal, solution interests, existing systems, budget range and timing. Submitted information is stored on the server to assess and discuss your project request.
Form security and retention.
Form records are designed for encrypted server storage separate from public application files. Validation and duplicate-submission checks are included. Retention is configured on the server; the approved period, deletion process and backup policy must be added before publication.
Preventing misuse.
The request system uses rate limits, time-limited validation and controls against automated submissions. With trusted server connectivity configured, a keyed value derived from the client address may support rate limiting. Hosting access and security logs require separate assessment.
AI demo area.
The website’s AI experience uses predefined scenario matching in the browser. Demo text is not sent to an external AI model or automatically copied to the project form. Information you separately submit through the project form follows that form’s data flow.
Browser storage and cookies.
A preference is stored in browser session storage to prevent the short brand intro from repeating in the same tab session. Current application code includes no advertising pixel or third-party analytics tracker. Any technical cookies used by hosting infrastructure must be documented after reviewing the live environment.
Integrations and data transfer.
The architecture allows future transfer of project-form records to a CRM. Before connecting new CRM, analytics, advertising or AI providers, this notice must specify the transferred information, providers, hosting locations and required preference mechanisms.
Information to complete before publication.
- The controller’s full legal name and contact address.
- A confirmed contact channel for personal-data requests.
- Applicable grounds for each processing purpose.
- Approved retention periods, deletion and backup procedures.
- Hosting provider, recipient categories and transfer details.
- Request and preference-management processes.
This draft must not be published as a finalized legal notice. The final text must be reviewed against the business’s actual identity and live system configuration.
