Session and security
Business OS uses care_os_session, care_os_csrf and care_os_org for sessions, action verification and workspace selection. Site management uses the secure care_admin session. Sessions last no more than 8 hours and are invalidated on logout. Cookie scope is not unnecessarily extended to all subdomains.
Language and appearance
The main website uses care_locale and care_theme preferences; Business OS uses the local care-os-theme preference. Language and appearance preferences may be retained for up to one year, and the intro preference for the tab session. These records contain no customer, file or chat content.
Optional measurement
External analytics and advertising services are inactive in the current version. Optional categories are off by default. care-consent-v1 stores only your chosen permissions and the update time. You can choose or revoke permissions separately. Data use must be explained before new services are enabled.
Browser and requests
Clearing site storage in your browser may sign you out or reset your preferences. For privacy requests, contact help@caresoftai.com.
Your preferences
Optional measurement and advertising preferences are off by default. This version sends no data to external analytics or advertising services.
